At PowHer meals everything comes to us fresh and is then prepared in our scratch kitchen. Once the meals are prepared, we freeze them, ensuring that they are fresh for you. Then your order is shipped straight to your door from our southern-style scratch kitchen.
Once you have received your meals you can place them in the freezer and they are good for 6 months, or you can place them in your fridge and enjoy them sometime in the next 3-4 days.
When you receive your meal, there may still be some dry ice in your cooler to keep your meal fresh, so please dispose of the ice safely. All our coolers are packed with exactly enough dry ice to last until your meals are at your door, so do not worry if you do not see any dry ice.

Yes! At PowHer Meals, you get to handpick your high-protein southern-style meals that are made from our scratch kitchen and delivered right to your door.

All meals are created with high protein goals in mind to help you build and sustain muscle building throughout any phase of your fitness journey. Our scratch kitchen’s heart lies in the south and aims to give all our customers the feeling of a delicious home-cooked southern meal no matter where you are! You get to enjoy this Southern flair meal prep without having to worry about meeting your nutritional goals. With clean ingredients and protein-based dishes, you do not have to worry about shopping, prepping, cooking, or even clean up because all you have to do is heat up your meal and enjoy it!

All nutrition information is easily accessible on the website and on each meal when they are delivered! Simply scan the QR code for the meal to see the full list of ingredients, macros and nutrition facts that are approved by the FDA.

Every PowHer meal is packaged in an individual serving size for one meal. This allows you to be able to easily heat up and enjoy your meals without having to worry about separating or weighing them into different servings.
We aim for our meals to have over 30 grams of protein, while being nutrient dense and calorie conscious. You can look at the specific nutrition information for exactly how many calories and macros are in each meal on the website or by scanning the QR code on each meal. PowHer meals aim to be as healthy as possible while still keeping you satisfied and your food cravings met.

Yes! All of our meals are located in My Fitness Pal for easy macro tracking. Just search “Powher Meals” and our meals will pop right up.
Nutrition Information

You can heat up your meals anytime in the microwave, oven, or air fryer. Once you receive your meals, there is a QR code with individualized heating instructions for each meal. You can move your meal from the freezer into the fridge one day before you plan on enjoying it to help thaw it out, and this will lessen the heating time.

We add to our menu as each new season approaches and changes! You can expect a new seasonal menu every 3 to 4 months. Within the season, there will be occasional special limited edition dishes released.

Our meals are all made in our scratch kitchen, packaged into single-serving containers, and then frozen to ensure the freshest ingredients for you. Each meal is specially crafted with specific ingredients to create the best-tasting Southern flair meal for you. Every meal is also thoughtfully created and planned to have the best macros possible for our PowHerful customers! With this, we are not able to customize specific ingredients. There are many options available for you to choose from and avoid ingredients that you may not love.

Great question! At PowHer Meals we highly encourage you to recycle our coolers, to help the environment! Inside every order box is a return shipping label for you to ship your cooler back to the PowHer Meals kitchen for it to be sanitized and reused. When you get your meals, just open the box and cooler, put your meals away, and put the cooler back in the same box, then put on the return label and drop it off at FedEx when you can. We would greatly appreciate it if you recycle the coolers so we can reduce our waste, and help keep costs as low as possible for you, our customers!

PowHer meals last for 6 months in the freezer! In the fridge PowHer meals last for 3 to 4 days, so if you are not able to enjoy your meals quickly, you may put them in the freezer and enjoy anytime in the next 6 months!

Shipping costs at PowHer meals are set directly from FedEx to our customers. The cost is $30 for every 15 meals that you order.

As we all know, there is no magical delivery fairy that can send out your food for free. To ensure we are transparent to our customers we have our shipping costs set directly from FedEx to our customers, meaning we do not upcharge for shipping. Just as there are costs when you get other meal delivery services at your door, there are costs associated with PowHer meals and we aim to keep shipping costs as low as we can.

All PowHer meals can be shipped nationwide within the continental United States through FedEx! Whether you are in Texas, California, Maine, or anywhere else in the continental United States you have the opportunity to enjoy our PowHer meals! We are sorry but at this time we do not ship outside of the continental United States.

When you will receive your first delivery depends on which state you are located in. If you place your order before 12pm CST Monday-Thursday, your PowHer meal will be shipped out that same day.
Please look at the shipping map below to help determine when you will get your shipment.
If you are location in a(n);
-pink state you will receive your order the next business day if you order before noon
-teal state you will receive your order in two business days if you order before noon.
-orange state you will receive your order in three business days if you order before noon.
-green state you will receive your order in four business days if you order before noon.
*We are sorry but if you are outside of the continental United States, we are unable to ship PowHer meals to you at this time. All our meals are only available to be shipped within the continental states.

Yes! If you are near College Station, you are welcome to pick up your order (and save on shipping) during our customer service hours.
We are located in the Westgate Shopping Center at 4337 Wellborn Rd Bryan, Texas 77801 inside of Eatology. You can look for the Eatology door sign and a customer service desk out front. Just ring the bell and we will be right out to assist you.
